There is no fee for the application.
Checks should be made payable to IESO USA Inc. and mailed to:
IESO, Elizabeth Tailer
5 Jericho Rd.
Essex, VT 05452

Summer Program Tuitions
Students who qualify for the USESO summer program by having the highest scores on the national open exam will be invited to attend the summer training senior program. Students who apply to the junior program and are accepted will be notified by April 20th. Unlike many other US science olympiad summer programs, the USESO program is not sponsored or run by any large corporation or foundation. Thus, to attend the camp each family will need to pay a need-based admission fee.
The tuition is $2,500 for both the USESO Training Camp and the junior program in the form of a check made payable to IESO Team USA, Inc. The tuition covers meals, lodging, and transportation at the summer camp. The student’s family is responsible for travel to and from camp.
Tuition reduction information is available upon request. Families that need financial assistance will be asked to provide a photocopy of their most recent W-2 Federal Tax form.
International Earth Science Olympiad Costs
The team member’s airfare will need to be paid by the student’s family. USESO will cover the team fees for the students selected to attend. Need-based financial assistance is available on a sliding scale for travel expenses. Please read our non-discrimination policy and mission statement.
